 CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation must be in writing. An administration fee of R500 will be charged to all cancelled registrations received prior to 31 January 2017. Any cancellations received after this date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

 DISCLAIMER

The committee of the COSMEDICA 2017 Congress do not accept liability for death, injury, any loss, cost of expense suffered or incurred by any person if such loss is caused or result from the act, default or omission of any person.

 

In particular the committee of the COSMEDICA 2017 Congress cannot accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by local companies or transport operators.

 

Nor can the committee of the COSMEDICA 2017 Congress accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war, including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the COSMEDICA 2017 Congress, industrial dispute, governmental action, regulations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the COSMEDICA 2017 Congress.

 

The committee of the COSMEDICA 2017 Congress is unable to give warranty that any particular person will appear as a speaker or panelist. Right of admission is reserved. Trade companies who do not exhibit at the Congress, may not enter the conference-or exhibition area.

Delegate Substitutions

Delegate substitutions are welcome. Please notify the summit coordinator in writing if there will be any changes.

 

Delegate Cancellations

All delegate cancellations must be received in writing and received 7 working days prior to the start of the summit.

– An administration fee of R500 will be charged to all cancelled registrations received prior to 31 January 2017.

– Any cancellations received after this date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds processed after the congress.

 

Privacy

By accepting the Terms & Conditions, delegates give permission for the organizers to contact them via email, telephone calls and fax.
Contact information provided by users of the website will not be transferred to third parties.

 

Substitutions

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, the summit organisers reserve the right to alter the publicized speakers and/or topics if necessary.

 

Cancellation and Postponement of Summit

The summit organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of the event. The organisers shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this summit is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this event impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
